Trisil Tablets products are used for quick relief of heartburn, acid indigestion, sour stomach and the discomfort of trapped wind. Most combine aluminium hydroxide with magnesium hydroxide, and many also contain simethicone for bloating. How Trisil Tablets works

Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide are alkaline compounds that react with stomach acid and neutralise it, easing burning within minutes. They are paired because aluminium tends to constipate while magnesium tends to loosen stools, so their bowel effects balance out. Simethicone, where included, helps small gas bubbles merge so wind passes more easily.
