Uses of Alfumet 150mg Capsule

Alfumet 150mg Capsule is used to treat fungal infections such as vaginal yeast infection (thrush), oral and throat thrush, fungal infections of the skin, nails and scalp, and more serious Candida and Cryptococcus infections. It is also used to prevent fungal infections in people with weak immunity.

How Alfumet 150mg Capsule works

Fluconazole stops fungi from making ergosterol, an essential part of their cell membrane. Without it the fungal cells cannot grow.
