Al-Oxime 1.5gm Injection, made by Macquins International, is a second-generation cephalosporin antibiotic. Its active ingredient is Cefuroxime 1.5g, and it is used for throat and tonsil infections, sinusitis, ear infections, chest infections, urinary tract infections, skin infections and early Lyme disease. Uses of Al-Oxime 1.5gm Injection

Al-Oxime 1.5gm Injection is used for bacterial infections of the throat, tonsils, sinuses and middle ear, bronchitis and pneumonia, urinary tract infections, uncomplicated gonorrhoea, and skin and soft tissue infections. The injection form is used for more serious infections and to prevent infection around surgery.

How Al-Oxime 1.5gm Injection works

Cefuroxime blocks the building of the bacterial cell wall, so the bacteria break down and die. The tablets are better absorbed when taken after food.
