Calamox DS 60ml Syrup, made by Bosch Pharmaceuticals Ltd, is a penicillin antibiotic combined with a beta-lactamase inhibitor. Its active ingredient is Co-amoxiclav (Amoxicillin + Clavulanic Acid), and it is used for sinusitis, ear infections, chest infections, urinary tract infections, dental infections, skin infections and animal bites. Uses of Calamox DS 60ml Syrup

Calamox DS 60ml Syrup is used for bacterial infections that may not respond to amoxicillin alone, including sinusitis, middle ear infections, chest infections and pneumonia, urinary tract infections, dental abscesses, skin and soft tissue infections, and infected animal or human bites.

How Calamox DS 60ml Syrup works

Amoxicillin kills bacteria by breaking down their cell wall, while clavulanic acid stops bacterial enzymes from destroying amoxicillin, widening the range of bacteria it can treat.

• Diarrhoea
• Nausea or vomiting
