Cerox 250mg|5ml Suspension is used for bacterial infections such as sore throat and tonsillitis, middle ear infections, bronchitis, urinary tract infections, and infections of the skin, soft tissue and bones, including boils, cellulitis and infected wounds.

Cephalexin stops bacteria from building their cell wall, which makes them burst and die.
