S.T. Mom 200mcg Tablet contains Misoprostol 200mcg, a synthetic prostaglandin medicine. Uses of S.T. Mom 200mcg Tablet

S.T. Mom 200mcg Tablet is used to protect the stomach lining in people who need to take anti-inflammatory painkillers (NSAIDs) such as diclofenac or naproxen, and to help heal stomach and duodenal ulcers. In obstetrics and gynaecology it is used only under direct specialist supervision, for example to help prevent or control heavy bleeding after childbirth. It must never be used during pregnancy without a doctor’s direction.
