Clobevte Oint Comp 100g is applied to the skin for short-term treatment of severe inflammatory skin conditions such as stubborn eczema, psoriasis, lichen planus and discoid lupus that have not responded to milder steroid creams.
How Clobevte Oint Comp 100g works
Clobetasol reduces inflammation, redness and itching by calming the immune response in the skin.
Possible side effects
Used correctly for short periods, side effects are usually mild:
- Burning or stinging when first applied
- Dryness or itching
- Thinning of the skin with prolonged use
- Stretch marks
