How BPO Plus Cream 15gm works

Benzoyl peroxide releases oxygen into blocked pores, killing the acne bacteria that cannot survive in an oxygen-rich environment. It also has a mild peeling effect that helps unblock pores and reduce blackheads. Bacteria do not become resistant to it, which is why it is often combined with antibiotic acne treatments.

Most people use this product without problems. Some may notice:

• Redness
• Mild burning or stinging

Precautions

• It can bleach hair, towels and clothes.
• Do a small patch test first, and keep it away from the eyes, lips, inside of the nose and broken skin unless your doctor says otherwise.
• Stop using it and see your doctor if you notice severe redness, swelling, blistering or a rash.
• Ask your doctor or pharmacist before using it on children, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
