Clinda-T 0.0012 % / 0.025 % Gel capsules and injections are used for serious bacterial infections of the skin, soft tissue, bones and joints, teeth and gums, chest and pelvis, especially in people allergic to penicillin. Gels and lotions are used for acne, and vaginal creams for bacterial vaginosis.

Clindamycin stops bacteria from making the proteins they need to grow, which halts the infection.
