Clokleen 100mg Tablet is a tablet made by Hygeia that contains Clotrimazole 100mg, an antifungal medicine for the skin and vagina. It is used for fungal skin infections, ringworm, athlete's foot, jock itch, nappy rash with thrush, vaginal thrush and oral thrush. Pack size: 6 tablets.

Uses of Clokleen 100mg Tablet

Clokleen 100mg Tablet is used to treat fungal infections such as ringworm, athlete’s foot, jock itch, fungal nappy rash and other yeast infections of the skin. Vaginal tablets and creams treat vaginal thrush, and lozenges or mouth paints are used for oral thrush.

How Clokleen 100mg Tablet works

Clotrimazole damages the outer membrane of fungal cells so they leak and die.

Clokleen 100mg Tablet is usually well tolerated. Some people notice:

• Mild burning or stinging
• Redness or itching where applied
• Irritation

Precautions and warnings

• Keep using it for the full time advised, even after the symptoms clear, to stop the infection returning.
• Keep the affected area clean and dry.
• Avoid contact with the eyes.
• See a doctor if there is no improvement after two weeks, or if you have vaginal thrush for the first time, are pregnant, or get it often.
