Co-Olesta 20mg/12.5mg Tablet is a tablet made by Searle Company Limited that contains Olmesartan + Hydrochlorothiazide 20mg/12.5mg, a combination of an angiotensin II receptor blocker and a thiazide diuretic. It is used for high blood pressure (hypertension). Pack size: 1×10 tablets.

Uses of Co-Olesta 20mg/12.5mg Tablet

Co-Olesta 20mg/12.5mg Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure in adults when a single medicine has not brought it down enough. • Tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, gout, diabetes, lupus or a history of skin cancer, or if you are allergic to sulfonamide medicines.
• Mention if you take lithium, potassium supplements, other blood pressure medicines or anti-inflammatory painkillers.
• Hydrochlorothiazide can make the skin more sensitive to sunlight, so use sun protection and check your skin regularly.
• Your doctor may check your kidney function and blood salts, such as potassium and sodium, during treatment.

Storage

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it in the original pack until use. Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
