How Crisabo Ointement 10gm works

Crisaborole blocks an enzyme called phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) in skin cells. This raises levels of a messenger molecule called cyclic AMP inside the cells, which reduces the release of the inflammatory chemicals that drive the redness and itch of eczema.
