Doloran 250 mg Tablet is used for mild to moderate pain, and is especially known for relieving period pain (dysmenorrhoea) and reducing heavy menstrual bleeding. It is also used for headache, toothache, muscle pain and pain after minor procedures.
How Doloran 250 mg Tablet works
Mefenamic acid reduces the production of prostaglandins, which cause pain and inflammation and also play a role in cramping and bleeding during periods.

- Indigestion or stomach pain
- Nausea

Precautions and warnings

- Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time needed.
