It is also an important part of combination treatment, together with other medicines, to clear Helicobacter pylori, the stomach bacteria linked to peptic ulcers.
How E-Clar 500mg Tablet Xl works
Clarithromycin attaches to the part of the bacteria that makes proteins and stops it working, so the bacteria cannot grow or multiply.
