Uses of Flueze Tablets .

Flueze Tablets . is used for short-term relief of the symptoms of colds and flu, including fever, headache, body aches, a blocked or runny nose, sneezing and sinus pressure. It can also ease nasal symptoms from hay fever and other allergies. It relieves symptoms while the body fights off the infection, but it does not shorten the illness or treat its cause.

How Flueze Tablets . works

Paracetamol reduces fever and relieves pain. Pseudoephedrine narrows swollen blood vessels in the nose and sinuses, clearing congestion. Pheniramine and mepyramine are antihistamines that reduce sneezing, itching, watery eyes and a runny nose; they can also cause drowsiness.

Possible side effects

Like other cold remedies, Flueze Tablets . can cause some side effects. The more common ones are:

• Drowsiness
• Dry mouth
• Dizziness
• Restlessness or difficulty sleeping
• Nausea

Get urgent medical help if you have chest pain, a fast or irregular heartbeat, a severe headache, difficulty passing urine, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or swelling of the face or throat.

Precautions and warnings

• Do not take any other medicines containing paracetamol while using Flueze Tablets ., as too much paracetamol can cause serious liver damage.
• Tell your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart disease, an overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, an enlarged prostate, or liver or kidney disease.
• Do not take it if you have used an MAOI antidepressant in the last two weeks.
• It may make you drowsy, so avoid alcohol and do not drive or use machinery if affected.
• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before giving it to children or using it during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Storage

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it in the original pack until use. Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
