Lactusure 3.35gm|5ml Syrup is used to treat constipation in adults and children, and in higher doses, prescribed by a doctor, to treat and prevent hepatic encephalopathy (confusion caused by liver disease).
How Lactusure 3.35gm|5ml Syrup works
Lactulose is a sugar that is not absorbed. It draws water into the bowel, softening stools, and in liver disease it lowers the absorption of ammonia from the gut.
