Uses of Loxfen 60mg Tablet

Loxfen 60mg Tablet is used to relieve pain and inflammation in conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, low back pain and frozen shoulder. It is also used for pain after surgery, injury or dental treatment, and to reduce fever and pain with colds and other upper respiratory infections. Loxoprofen is converted in the body into its active form, which blocks COX enzymes. This reduces the production of prostaglandins, chemicals that cause pain, swelling and fever. Because it becomes active after absorption, it may irritate the stomach slightly less than some other NSAIDs.

• Avoid it in late pregnancy, and check with your doctor before using it earlier in pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Storage

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it in the original pack until use. Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
