Uses of Methycobal Tablets

Methycobal Tablets is used to correct vitamin B12 deficiency and to support nerve health. Doctors commonly recommend it for peripheral neuropathy, including nerve damage linked to diabetes, which can cause burning, numbness or tingling in the hands and feet. It is also used in megaloblastic anaemia caused by low vitamin B12.

How Methycobal Tablets works

Mecobalamin (methylcobalamin) is the form of vitamin B12 that the body uses directly in nerve cells. It helps maintain the protective myelin coating around nerves, supports nerve repair and is needed to make healthy red blood cells. Improvement in nerve symptoms is gradual and may take several weeks.
