Uses of Nature's Bounty Super B-Complex

Nature’s Bounty Super B-Complex is used before and during early pregnancy to lower the risk of neural tube defects such as spina bifida in the baby. It is also used to treat megaloblastic anaemia caused by folate deficiency, and with some medicines that lower folate.

How Nature's Bounty Super B-Complex works

Folic acid is needed to make DNA and healthy red blood cells, and for the normal development of a baby’s brain and spine.

Possible side effects

Nature’s Bounty Super B-Complex is usually well tolerated. Rarely it can cause:

• Nausea or loss of appetite
• Bloating
• Allergic skin rash
