Omxiclv 875mg/125mg Bd Tablet contains Co-amoxiclav (Amoxicillin + Clavulanic Acid) 875mg/125mg, a penicillin antibiotic combined with a beta-lactamase inhibitor. Uses of Omxiclv 875mg/125mg Bd Tablet

Omxiclv 875mg/125mg Bd Tablet is used for bacterial infections that may not respond to amoxicillin alone, including sinusitis, middle ear infections, chest infections and pneumonia, urinary tract infections, dental abscesses, skin and soft tissue infections, and infected animal or human bites.

How Omxiclv 875mg/125mg Bd Tablet works

Amoxicillin kills bacteria by breaking down their cell wall, while clavulanic acid stops bacterial enzymes from destroying amoxicillin, widening the range of bacteria it can treat.

• Diarrhoea
• Nausea or vomiting
• Skin rash
• Thrush (fungal infection)
