How Podophylline Paint 15ml works

Podophyllin contains podophyllotoxin and related substances that stop wart cells from dividing. The treated wart tissue dies and gradually falls away over the following days.

• Skin irritation and redness
• Burning or stinging
• Soreness or tenderness

Precautions

• Apply only to the warts and protect the surrounding skin. Do not use it if you are pregnant.
• Do a small patch test first, and keep it away from the eyes, lips, inside of the nose and broken skin unless your doctor says otherwise.
• Stop using it and see your doctor if you notice severe redness, swelling, blistering or a rash.
