Uses of Siltran Ds 160mg|800mg Tablet
Siltran Ds 160mg|800mg Tablet is used for urinary tract infections, flare-ups of chronic bronchitis, middle ear infections, some gut infections such as traveller’s diarrhoea and shigellosis, and for the treatment and prevention of Pneumocystis pneumonia in people with weak immunity.
How Siltran Ds 160mg|800mg Tablet works
Its two ingredients block two different steps the bacteria use to make folic acid, which they need to grow. Working together, they stop the bacteria from multiplying.

Common side effects of Siltran Ds 160mg|800mg Tablet include:
- Nausea or vomiting
- Loss of appetite
- Skin rash
- Diarrhoea
