• Indigestion, heartburn or stomach pain
• Nausea
• Diarrhoea
• Dizziness
• Itching or a mild skin rash

Stop taking it and see a doctor at once if you notice yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, pale stools, unusual tiredness or loss of appetite, as these can be signs of liver damage. Black or bloody stools, vomiting blood or swelling of the face also need urgent help.

Precautions and warnings

• It should not be given to children under 12, and it is meant for short-term use only, at the lowest effective dose.
• Do not take it if you have liver disease, drink alcohol heavily or take other medicines known to affect the liver.
• Tell your doctor if you have had a stomach ulcer or bleeding, asthma, heart disease, high blood pressure or kidney problems.
• Do not combine it with other NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, diclofenac or aspirin unless your doctor has advised it.
• Do not use it in the last three months of pregnancy or while breastfeeding, and ask your doctor before using it at any other stage of pregnancy.

Storage

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep it in the original pack until use. Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
