Xavor 100mg Tablet, made by Ferozsons Laboratories Limited, is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB). Its active ingredient is Losartan Potassium 100mg, and it is used for high blood pressure, diabetic kidney disease and stroke risk reduction in people with an enlarged heart. Pack size: 10 tablets.

Uses of Xavor 100mg Tablet

Xavor 100mg Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure and to protect the kidneys in people with type 2 diabetes and kidney disease. It is also used to lower the risk of stroke in people with high blood pressure and thickening of the heart muscle.

How Xavor 100mg Tablet works

Losartan blocks the hormone angiotensin II from tightening the blood vessels, so they relax and blood pressure falls.
