Divestra 2/0.035mg Tablet is a hormone combination used under specialist advice. Side effects are most likely in the first months of Divestra 2/0.035mg Tablet and include:

• Spotting or irregular bleeding
• Breast tenderness
• Headache
• Nausea
• Mood changes
• Weight changes

Get urgent help for pain or swelling in one leg, chest pain or sudden breathlessness, a sudden severe headache or vision problems, a breast lump, or yellowing of the skin or eyes.

Precautions and warnings

• Tell your doctor if you have had a blood clot, stroke, heart disease, breast or womb cancer, liver disease, or a meningioma.
• Hormone treatment increases the risk of blood clots, especially in smokers, people over 35 and those who are overweight; smokers over 35 should discuss whether it is suitable.
• Report any low mood or depression to your doctor.
• Some medicines for epilepsy, tuberculosis and HIV can reduce its effect.
• It must not be used in pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
