Uses of Bakin 10mg Tablet

Bakin 10mg Tablet is used to relieve severe muscle stiffness and spasms (spasticity) caused by conditions affecting the brain or spinal cord, such as multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy and some cases of stroke. Easing stiffness can make movement, daily activities, physiotherapy and sleep easier. It is not meant for ordinary muscle aches or back strain.

Baclofen mimics GABA, a natural calming messenger in the nervous system. By acting on GABA-B receptors in the spinal cord, it reduces the nerve signals that make muscles tighten and go into spasm, allowing them to relax.

• Nausea

Precautions and warnings
