Uses of Flytro Cream 15gm 1s

Flytro Cream 15gm 1s cream is used for short courses to treat moderate to severe melasma of the face, the patchy brown or grey-brown pigmentation often triggered by sun exposure, pregnancy or hormonal contraception. It lightens the dark patches gradually over several weeks. It is not intended for long-term maintenance, and strict sun protection is needed both during and after treatment to help stop melasma returning.

How Flytro Cream 15gm 1s works

Hydroquinone reduces melanin production by blocking tyrosinase, the enzyme pigment cells use to make it. Tretinoin speeds up skin cell turnover, so pigmented cells are shed faster and hydroquinone penetrates better. • Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen every day and avoid strong sunlight, as tretinoin makes skin more sensitive to the sun and sun exposure worsens melasma.
• Do not use it during pregnancy or while trying to conceive, and speak to your doctor if you are breastfeeding.
• Keep it away from the eyes, lips, nostrils and broken or eczema-affected skin, and avoid harsh soaps, peels or other irritating products at the same time.
• Tell your doctor if you have a sulfite allergy, as some formulations contain sodium metabisulfite.

Storage

Store below 30°C and keep the cap tightly closed. For external use only; avoid contact with the eyes unless the product is made for eye use. Keep all medicines out of the reach of children.
