Uses of Jexim 20mg Tablet

Jexim 20mg Tablet is used to relieve pain, swelling and stiffness in osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. It is also used for short periods to ease pain and inflammation from soft tissue injuries such as sprains, strains and tendonitis. It helps control symptoms but does not slow the underlying joint disease, and because it is long-acting its effect lasts throughout the day.

Tenoxicam blocks the cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes that the body uses to make prostaglandins. Prostaglandins drive pain, swelling and inflammation, so lowering them eases symptoms.
