Uses of Meriprin 300mg Tablet

Low-dose Meriprin 300mg Tablet (75 to 150mg) is used every day, on a doctor’s advice, to help prevent heart attacks and strokes in people with heart disease, after stents or bypass surgery, or after a stroke. Higher-strength tablets are used for pain, fever and inflammation in adults.

How Meriprin 300mg Tablet works

Aspirin blocks the COX enzymes. At low doses this mainly stops platelets from sticking together, which reduces the risk of clots; at higher doses it also reduces the prostaglandins that cause pain, fever and swelling.
