Uses of Sofvel 400/100 mg Tablet

Sofvel 400/100 mg Tablet is used to treat long-term (chronic) hepatitis C infection in adults and some children. How Sofvel 400/100 mg Tablet works

Sofosbuvir blocks NS5B polymerase, the enzyme the hepatitis C virus uses to copy its genetic material. Velpatasvir blocks the NS5A protein, which the virus needs to replicate and assemble. Attacking two targets at once stops the virus multiplying and lowers the chance of resistance.

Get medical help urgently if you take amiodarone and notice a very slow heartbeat, dizziness or fainting, or if you develop yellowing of the skin or eyes or dark urine.
