Surbex-T Tablet, made by Abbott Laboratories (pakistan) Ltd, is a B vitamin supplement. Its active ingredient is Vitamin B Complex, and it is used for vitamin B deficiency, weakness, mouth ulcers and nerve health support. Pack size: 30 tablets.

Uses of Surbex-T Tablet

Surbex-T Tablet is used to prevent and treat low levels of B vitamins, which can happen with a poor diet, during recovery from illness, with heavy alcohol use or in people with certain gut conditions. It is often taken for tiredness linked to deficiency, cracks at the corners of the mouth, mouth ulcers and to support healthy nerves. Products that also contain vitamin C add support for the immune system and wound healing.

How Surbex-T Tablet works

B vitamins such as thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pyridoxine and B12 help the body release energy from food and are needed for healthy nerves, skin and red blood cells. Vitamin C, where included, is an antioxidant that also helps tissue repair and iron absorption.

Possible side effects

Surbex-T Tablet is usually very well tolerated. A few people notice:

• Bright yellow urine (harmless)
• Mild nausea or stomach upset
• Loose stools
• Unpleasant taste

Stop taking it and seek medical help if you develop signs of an allergic reaction, such as a rash, swelling of the face or difficulty breathing.

Precautions and warnings

• Do not take more than the recommended amount, as long-term high intake of vitamin B6 can cause numbness or tingling in the hands and feet.
